Watching Persona Trinity Soul

What the hell does this even have to do with Persona other then the actual persona itself? What the hell is shadow-stripping? Where the hell is Akihiko? Why does everyone have a Persona? How is this suppose to be a sequel if there’s nothing relating to the Dark Hour here? Where are the shadows? Why are there no references to the Persona 3 protagonist and his awesome heroism? How much later did Persona 4 begin? Stealing other people’s Personas? What the hell is this suppose to even be about?

The only reference I understood was the Apathy Syndrome and the three second appearance of Igor. What.
